I personally judge the service at a restaurant not based on how things are when they go smoothly, but how I am treated when they don't. My wife and I went to wingers last weekend and it is currently under construction, a portion of the building is still open so they can continue to stay open. It was packed last Friday night and the hostesses were so nice and apologetic for the wait, (less than 7 minutes). The food was great but there were a couple of hairs in mine and my wife's fries. The waitress we had was very apologetic and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy when we left. I saw the true colors of the server we had that deserve the rating. I don't know if we will come back, but if we do it will because of the service.
